Samos houses
The architecture of Samos resemble to the architecture of the other North-Eastern Aegean Islands. Samos does not have a specific traditional architecture, mostly because of the heterogeneous descent of the population of the island. It is a blend of neoclassical mansions, Venetian buildings, whitewashed houses and Byzantine churches. Graphic narrow streets are winding around all those types of buildings, adding a warm and cozy touch to the whole scenery.found in :http://www.samosguide.com/listingview.php?listingID=36
J'aime bien ces maisons avec des volets et les couleurs sont éclatantes, bravo !
ReplyDeleteMy mental image of Greece always includes very white, white houses and shades of blue. Your photo does not disappoint; I love it and your comments about the architecture. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteReally nice houses. I like also old greek houses (we said ''Rum evi'') in our Ayvalık and Cunda İsland.
